Last summer I injured my right knee building for Habitat in Sutton, Ontario. A week ago I had a "slip and dance" on the ice (didn't actually fall, thankfully) and re-injured the same knee. Our walk around Lake Ontario is temporarily on hold. It's painful to do a mile around Walmart. Hopefully if it settles down by mid spring we'll give it another go.
